                Yonker winning leading enterprise ternary batterycathode material precursors wastewater treatment project

                Yonker recently signed a contract with a leading domestic ternary battery cathode material company for a sea discharge wastewater treatment project at its southern production plant. Yonker has previously provided wastewater treatment services for its central and western production plants, and this is the third cooperation between the two companies.


                Due to the complex naturel of this kind of wastewater, Yonker proposed two treatment processes targeting the concentrated high-salinity wastewater and other comprehensive wastewater separately.


                Yonker utilized self-developed catalysts for its ozone catalytic oxidation in the pretreatment process of the concentrated high-salinity wastewater. This greatly improves the utilization rate of ozone, achieves the enhanced removal of persistent organic pollutants in wastewater, and improves wastewater biodegradabilityso it can be treated with other comprehensive wastewater.


                Technologies and biochemical process used in the treatment of comprehensive wastewater includes salt-tolerant bacteria, high-efficiency denitrification bio-rope filler and cyclone aeration system. Yonker provides a reliable and efficient solution for concentrated high-salinity wastewater with guaranteed water quality and low operation cost.


                The third time cooperation with this customer has fully proven that Yonker’s technical strength and service quality has withstood the test of time and market, and has gained high trust and recognition from the customer.
